このウエブサイトは、JTB Europe Ltd. （以下、「当社」）が所有しています。当社のウエブサイトや情報は、欧州内のマイバス社が提供する観光、貸切サービス、送迎、パッケージツアーサービス、チケット手配、レストラン事前予約「ミールクーポン」商品などの情報が掲載されています。
ウエブサイトを通して提供されたすべての商品およびサービス
規約について
規約は、ウェブサイトを通して、旅行サービスをご利用する全ての利用者に適用される約款です。予約したサービス以外の商品の取り扱いについては適用されません。各ツアーに関係する特別な記述や条件は、お客様ご自身で必ず事前にお読みください。料金と支払い
すべての表示価格は、特に記載されていない限り、お一人様料金です。イギリス商品はイギリスポンド、それ以外の国の商品は、欧州ユーロ表示になります。当社へのクレジットカードによるお支払いには、手数料は発生いたしません。予約をするには、クレジットカードで全額をお支払いください。
VISA、MASTERCARDのクレジットカードでの支払いが可能です。
旅行条件
旅行条件については、ツアーが運行される当該国の法令に基づきます。日本の旅行業法に基づく約款の適用はありません。各地の運行にあたっては、当該国の旅行主催者が定める旅行条件に従うものとします。各国の旅行条件をご参照ください。ウエブサイトの使用
(1) 個人的な、非商用目的のためにのみ使用する場合。 （使用にあたり正当な理由があること。）
(2) マイバス社から提供されたサービスや商品の閲覧・情報の検索や取得などを、法律で定められた使用目的の範囲内で利用する場合。
(3) 当サイト内の有効エリア内にアクセスする場合、また、マイバス社の商品やサービスについてのご意見・ご感想・ご要望などを伝えるため、当社と連絡をとる場合。
(4) 偽りのない正確な情報を提供する場合。
禁止事項
(1) 営利目的で当サイト内に掲載されている情報を使用すること。（ただし、当社より許可された場合を除く。）(2) 不法な目的で、当サイト内に掲載されている素材や情報へアクセス・抽出・使用・コピーなどをすること。
(3) 他の関係者の権利を侵害、もしくは侵害する可能性があるような使用方法で当サイトを使用すること。また関係機関の規定や規律に違反するような使用方法で当サイトを使用すること。
(4) 当サイトや当社のシステムのパフォーマンスに影響を及ぼす可能性があるような使用方法で当サイトを使用すること。また、他のユーザーがウエブサイトを使用する際に、使用を妨げるような行為を行うこと。

Full amount of your purchase is required to be paid by credit card in order to make a booking. You will not be charged for a credit card handling fee. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard
These Travel Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the countries of destination of the tour, and are not governed by Japanese Travel Agency Act. The operation of tours are based on the Travel Terms and Conditions defined by the tour organiser of the countries of destination of the tour. We ask you to read the Travel Terms and Conditions of each of the countries.

You may use the services provided by Mybus, view or search the products or information on the Website only for lawful purposes. 3.
